Vivienne focuses on driving projects that leverage AI and data science to create socially responsible solutions for complex societal challenges. In her projects Vivienne collaborates with various stakeholders across academia, business, and government to enhance BISS’s interdisciplinary approach and strategic development. 

Vivienne brings a wealth of experience to BISS, with a background as an entrepreneur, consultant, and program manager. She is known for her ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box, build strong relationships, and translate strategic visions into operational success. Vivienne’s career includes founding /LAB Service & Experience Design, managing numerous high-impact projects, and mentoring start-ups. Her expertise in design thinking, customer experience, and innovation makes her a valuable addition to the BISS team.
