In collaboration with a partner of BISS, a tailor-made training has been developed that explains various aspects of data science in an interdisciplinary manner using an organization-specific dataset. Participants are required to engage in interpreting data and explore all biases that need to be taken into account. They investigate the ethical issues related to the use of data and analyze the legal frameworks. The training becomes part of the program aimed at enhancing data literacy within the organization.
